Sharon Swim Team is for all Sharon residents, ages 6 - 18 who possess the knowledge of basic strokes.
The Swim Team meets every day for practice and competes in the Housatonic Valley Swim League.
The season consists of 6 League swim meets and ends with the League Championships in early August.
While the philosophy of the swim team is to achieve ones personal best, it is more rigorous than swim lessons because of the competitive nature.
